Silverflame began her slow decent to the great pines, following her leader, Hopestar. Finally the she-cat was healed from the sickness, and able to come to the gathering.
The air was thick, foggy, and humid, but the moon still showed silvery threads through the clouds, and often was exposed, giving the cats nothing to worry about. As PeaceClan entered they realized they were the first to arrive, and Silverflame took her spot at the roots of the great pine tree, where every other Clan deputy sat.

Miraclepaw slunk around the portion of the border where she usually hung out with Whisperpaw, waiting for him.
Dustpaw leapt out of the bushes and onto Miraclepaw. She screamed, "NEver let your gaurd down sister, especially so close to the whisperclan border. Primpaw smiled and rolled around in the sunlight, when she had the most brilliant adventure idea! She would go and see if she could find any peaceclan cats! Now that she was an apprentice she was /much/ stronger and wouldn't get hurt as easily.

Scarheart lead his Clan through the winding paths of forest, which kindly opened up for him, sucking him closer to the Open Pines. He padded through short piles of snow, which were still in the process of melting. The song of life opened up as the little patches of grass, whose blankets of snow had been taken away by the sun; Swayed and dance to and frow, free from the chains of ice.
Scarheart leaped onto the great branches of the great tree, and watched as his Clan seated on the grass and snow below.

Silverflame walked into the clearing with PeaceClan. Scarheart was already seated on one of the branches, watching his Clan speak among themselves. KillerClan cats sat among the roots of the tree, where the deputies should sit.
Silverflame was taking the place of Hopestar, who was deathy ill. She leaped onto the great arms of the tree, and sat down. She ignored Scarheart, she didn't want to hear anything he had to say.

The clearing was vacant. Omnious. Eerie slience sliced through everything, except for the moaning of the wind and the whispering trees.
A spider web hung on several blades of grass that stood up like sharp ivory teeth. The web was beaded with crystal beads of dew, done so perfectly by the hands of the wonderful mother nature. With a howl, the wind grew talons and swiped at the cat's fur and ears as they entered the clearing for the gathering. The moons teardrops lit up the whole clearing bright, as if it were day. Silverflame walked to the roots of the tree, and sat down comfortably as Hopestar leaped on the branches of the legendary pine's. Each leaf told its own story, each branch a life, and each tree, eternity. the scent of a vole slithered like a venomous snake, into Silverflame's nostrils, and pierced through them, releasing terrible venom: Hunger. She ignored her hunger, and flicked her tail as she watched her Clan find a place to sit in the sea of spakling crystals called dew.

the moon floated above the sky like a wolf eye glaring at the world. It filtered omnous white light through the shadowy forest and into the open pines. the branches lit up, as if knowing their was a special meeting on this night. the breeze howled, making the trees waver, which created a small flamenco with the wind. the branches were vacant, in wait of the first arrival.
Silverflame walked beside Hopestar, being one of the firsts to the gathering.

Hopestar padded into the clearing, her Clan following behind her. The Open Pines were empty; PeaceClan was the first there tonight. She took a deep breath, coiled her muscles, and leaped into the tree. The moon's light was turning everything an ominous silver, and she hoped that this was not an omen from StarClan about the gathering that was to begin.

Wolfstar padded down to the Open pines. The silver moon floated high in the sky, shining its milky silver waves of light down, turning her gray fur silver. She leaped on one of the branches, and dug her claws in the bark to stop herself from falling from the shaking. She turned around, and faced her Clan. She was one of the first Clans there.

Wolfstar walked with Sandstar, To the Open Pines. All of the Clans should be arriving soon. Wolfstar leaped onto the branch of the giant oak tree, beside Sandstar, then watched her Clanmates find spots among the Forest floor.
